AJ-Tech was founded on a simple observation: the best consulting comes from people who have done the work themselves. Our team brings over a decade of combined hands-on experience building and maintaining real production systems — enterprise portals, customer-facing applications, and the backend services behind them.
We've sat in the architect's chair, owned production incidents at 2 a.m., migrated legacy platforms without breaking the business, and mentored teams through technology transitions. That experience shapes everything we do: practical advice, honest estimates, and code we'd be proud to maintain ourselves.
We're also a two-discipline team. Alongside engineering, our program management practice brings seasoned Agile delivery leadership — Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Agile Coaches, Program Managers, TPMs, and Release Managers. Clients get the builders and the people who keep delivery predictable, under one roof.
